King of baking? LOL Sounds like it takes place in the kitchen. I watched ‘Pasta in Love’ a while ago, which was about cooks in an Italian restaurant and that series got me hooked to Korean drama series! *G*

I think I’m going to wait a little while before getting into a new series again. I have got soooo much DVR stuff to get through… Also, I did a watercolor painting class and am now trying to spend some time in the evenings painting instead^^

I am actually doing a Pimsleur short audio course in Mandarin Chinese but it is really hard going so I am actually looking into a course with an actually written guide as well as audio. I would love to try the Rosetta Stone course but unfortunately there is no way I can afford that right now.

I like Arashi, but I think I’m more of a KAT-TUN girl lol
I really like KAT-TUN’s song “Lock On”
      Soooooo catchy!
Do you like KAT-TUN?? and their song “LOCK-ON”? 🙂 xxx

      • Angelic Strawberry Blog June 1, 2012 at 3:45 pm #

I don’t know KAT-TUN. Also, I don’t speak Japanese (other than the occassional anime kyaaaaaa and arigatou etc.) LOL but I like how things sound. I listen to a lot of Utada Hikaru. I love “Passion” and “Colors”

      • missdezzy June 1, 2012 at 4:52 pm #

Ahhh I quite like KAT-TUN! They’re not bad! Check em out on Youtube! See if you can listen to “LOCK ON”
lol @ “Other than the occasional anime kyaaaaa and arigatou” Hey, that’s good enough! lol
I’m sure if you were to study it you’d pick it up quickly! 🙂
Ahh Utada!!! She’s really good! Have u heard her song “Apple and Cinnamon”??
She sings in Eng and I think it’s from her Eng album! 🙂 xxx

I love apple and cinnamon (both song and condiments…)^^ buuuuuuut she sounds better in Japanese I think. Study…yeah…I am actually doing a beginning Mandarin Chinese course right now and it’s not easy! Buuuuuuut I have Chinese ancesters…so: FIGHTING! XD

      • missdezzy June 3, 2012 at 2:28 pm #

Ahh you know the song!! I love that song!!! lol @ “both the song & condiments” lol
I think she sounds good in both languages & I like that her English sounds really good & clear!
Ohhh Mandarin Chinese!!! I’m gonna be studying Mandarin too! I imagined it would be quite difficult! Especially the tonal sound right?? You have to get sounds right in Chinese!
Yes FIGHTING!!! I like how you incorporated a Korean phrase! lol Woooo FIGHTING!!! and also GANBARE!! Do your best!!! 🙂 xxx

      • Angelic Strawberry Blog June 4, 2012 at 2:24 am #

Utada Hikaru does sound good in both languages but the Japanese songs soundd more…idk…like dreamy…or maybe it’s just because I don’t really know what she’s singing rly *grin*

Yeah sounds are v important in Mandarin Chinese; it’s pretty hard going! I am doing an audio course but not a lot of time to study so it’s going to be a looooooong study I bet!

Fighting…Yup: see I watch too many Korean dramas on Crunchroll *G* I actually finished my third series yesterday (Fireworks: highly recommended!) and am now searching for a replacement.

I’ve just finished uploading a new blog post about making felt mascots and was checking out Aranzi Aronzo’s website…waaaaaah the Japanese one seems so much cuter…too bad I have no idea what it says T.T

      • missdezzy June 4, 2012 at 8:39 am #

Ahhh I understand! lol Yeah maybe it’s cause of the langauge! lol

Ahhh Yeah I thought sooo! Chinese is really tonal! You have to get your sounds down otherwise you could mean to say thing but because of your sound, u could end up saying something else right? Ahh what’s the audio course like? Is it like a Rosetta Stone type thing? Or did u buy CD’s and you’re just learning by listening to that? You’ll be fine!!! When you become a master you can teach me some Mandarin! I’ll teach you Japanese! LOL!

Ooooooooooo You are a K-drama lover too?? *High Five* LOL! Fireworks?? Never heard of it, but by golly I shall be sure to watch it! Believe u me! lol Thank you for the recc! lol
Searching for a replacement you say? Allow me to be of some assistance! I HIGHLY STRONGLY SUPER DUPER recommend the K-drama – “King of Baking: Kim Tak Goo” I am always ranting and raving about this drama! (I wrote a blog post about it too! Check it out Under “Thoughts” category) I love this drama! 30 episodes of like amazing acting and storyline! lol I hightly recommend! Let me know what u thought when u watch it! lool

Oooo you uploaded a new post?? I shall be sure to defo check it out later!!!!! Exciting! 🙂 xxx
